Tube heaters and stir fans are proving to be popular to save fuel and
increase performance. We carry a full line of stir fans including:
- American made axial fans (most popular)
- Imported axial fans (lowest cost)
- Paddle fans (Casa-Blanca) ceiling fans
Tube heaters have been enormously popular lately. We feel that
tube heat will be the industry standard in only a few years.
Advantages of the tube heaters include:
- Convenience. Tube heaters hang very close to the
ceilings in the peak of the poultry house and are not 'in the
way' like brooders and space heaters.
- Long life. Our heaters are sealed and burn air that is
ducted in from the attic. This keeps the heater clean inside
and reduces the amount of preventive maintenance required (read less
cleaning!).
- Simple. No pilot orifice or thermo-couple to maintain.
- Efficient. Radiant heat has been proven to be the most economical
way to heat a poultry house. Tube heaters provide more heat in
the center and less at the walls, and are very uniform throughout
the length of the poultry house.
Tube heaters are available in many different lengths and BTU sizes to
match your needs. See also: Common
